Remote Principal Software Engineer Job in Redmond, WA Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of full stack engineering experience using C#/.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, Python, Scala, C++, Java
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Desirables

• Applied experience in federated data governance in a global enterprise
• Broad understanding of SaaS solutions enterprise architecture
• Applied experience in building/operating federated data management solutions
• Experience in architecting and implementing solutions with complex integrations
• Experience in building/shipping large-scale, fault-tolerant cloud services
• Experience in building AI/Copilot experiences in enterprise/commercial software
• Experience in navigating enterprise change management
