Remote Principal Software Engineering Manager Job in Redmond, WA Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience.
• Coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years designing, developing, operating backend services.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Desirables

• DevOps experience with Azure cloud
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Agile processes
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly

• Lead platforms powering billions of real-time customer conversations across multiple Microsoft and third-party solutions.
• Ensure reliable messaging, meeting, and audio/video calling services that are highly available, secure, and compliant.
