Remote Principal Software Engineering Manager Job in Redmond, WA Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience designing and building highly available distributed systems at scale
• 3+ years of experience in data pipeline and/or telemetry systems
• Experience building, managing and/or leading a team of Software Engineers
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Desirables

• 3+ years experience as tech lead or mentoring early in career employees
• Experience with agile methodologies
