What the job involves

• Partner with sales teams and account teams on transformation deals with large global accounts
• Engage and build relationships with customers at the C-level and drive to long-standing relationships
• Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state and map solutions to Atlassian products
• Lead compelling value-based demonstrations both standard and customized
• Guide customer technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in on Atlassian solutions
• Forge partnerships with strategic account executives and discuss pipeline and opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams to support the customer and align goals
• Document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers and advocate for development internally
• Continuously refine your pre-sales and product knowledge and sales processes
