Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineer sales engineer solutions architect solutions consultant or client-facing data consulting
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake Databricks or equivalent
- Comfortable writing SQL and understanding warehouse cost performance and secure data sharing
- Experience delivering data into customer environments via warehouse share API or file and navigating security review and data use agreements
- CRM fluency with managed packages object models field mapping and sync direction in Salesforce HubSpot or Dynamics
- Working knowledge of healthcare claims or real-world data including CPT HCPCS ICD-10 PLA DRG place of service NPI taxonomy and site of care logic
- Strong communication and executive presence with clear writing skills
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude ChatGPT Copilot Cursor or similar
- Builder instinct with evidence of creating reusable work that outlived your involvement

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery and solution design across analytics data engineering IT security commercial ops and executive stakeholders to uncover customer needs and map them to clear requirements delivery methods and architecture
- Translate MedScout data capabilities into commercial insight by explaining coverage latency identity resolution attribution and code set logic in buyer-friendly terms while scoping what the data can and cannot answer
- Scope and orchestrate data delivery into customer environments including Snowflake Secure Data Sharing Databricks Delta Sharing cloud object storage APIs CRM workflows and downstream analytics integrations
- Own the technical methodology and governance response for RFPs RFIs security reviews and questionnaires while building reusable answer libraries and coordinating inputs from data engineering product and legal
- Enable and maintain persona-specific demo environments and packaged plays for core use cases such as territory optimization competitive displacement referral leakage site of care shift patient journey and launch targeting
- Own the technical narrative for AI products and workflows including provenance grounding access control and governance so customers can confidently evaluate agentic and LLM-powered use cases
- Track technical evaluation impact on pipeline conversion time engaged win-loss patterns and forecasts then institutionalize learnings into discovery guides training materials architecture patterns and enablement
