10+ years in solutions engineering forward-deployed engineering or enterprise integration
Proven experience helping institutions or large enterprises deploy mission-critical high-availability systems
Strong proficiency in TypeScript or similar modern languages with hands-on REST API integration experience
Deep knowledge of AWS plus GCP Azure or Thales HSM environments as advantageous
Understanding of microservices serverless architectures and enterprise security standards
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex multi-layered technical issues under pressure
Excellent communication presentation and demonstration skills
Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure digital asset custody and institutional financial workflows
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly valued

Guide financial institutions and fintechs through smooth onboarding and integration processes.
Design secure and scalable deployment pathways that connect legacy systems with modern infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex issues in real time and build solutions alongside client engineering teams.
Partner with sales teams on technical proposals product demos and detailed RFP responses.
Maintain technical documentation API references and developer guides while feeding client insights back into product teams.
Represent the company at industry conferences technical workshops and senior customer meetings.
