Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
- 8+ years IT experience with 3-5 years in customer or technical account management
- Strong relationship skills and proactive mindset
- Technical proficiency with retaining and growing large enterprise customers
- Ability to lead senior management level conversations
- Quickly build relationships to identify and transform opportunities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Travel requirement (10% to 30%)
- Consulting or Solutions architect experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices, Data Protection, Privacy and Security
