Who you are

• 8+ years of experience on software teams as Development Manager or TPM
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical problems and programs
• Technical understanding of systems involved, including storage, networking, authentication, etc.
• Experience defining and running complex technical programs from initiation to completion
• Understanding of system flows, block architectures, APIs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Desirables

• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Discipline
• Ability to drive change through systems and platforms
• Strong understanding of systems efficiency and ROI mapping
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
