Requirements
- 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS technology partnerships business development product strategy or related disciplines
- Proven success leading strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and build consensus
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Deep commitment to outcomes that benefit UKG customers and partners
- Bachelor's degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with software integrations APIs and platform ecosystems
- Strong understanding of HCM and/or WFM industry
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading global initiatives

Day to day
- Lead UKG's most strategic global technology partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Define partnership strategy and influence product and go-to-market direction across Product Engineering Sales Marketing Legal and Operations.
- Drive large complex partnership initiatives from strategy through execution including integration strategy partner enablement and commercialization.
