Who you are
- Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Senior experience in UI/UX design for a Saas product with a world-class portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful intuitive and fluid experiences
- Proficiency with design tools like Whimsical and Figma
- Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A deep passion for design a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional
- Special kudos if you are a short-term rental Airbnb host or have been working in a short-term rental business

- Lead the design process from concept to execution including user research wireframing prototyping visual design and interaction design
