Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing executive-level candidates across multiple business functions
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a new team and balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term projects
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally
• Strong presentation and communication skills for conveying complex information to executive audiences
• Process and metrics orientation for developing and improving executive recruiting processes and metrics
• Strong business acumen and understanding of global technology and industrial markets
• Experience in recruiting executive (C-Suite) level talent in a global manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred)

What the job involves

• Contribute to the build-out of the executive recruiting function working on sourcing pipelining and project management
• Source executive-level candidates for open roles across all business units regions and functions at TE
• Manage and drive projects related to developing and improving executive recruiting tools and processes
• Prepare and present position descriptions target company lists status reports and candidate reports
• Lead strategic talent mapping pipelining and competitive intelligence projects to build diverse talent pools
• Develop strong linkages to human resources talent management and compensation communities to align around key TE talent objectives
