Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on PCB design experience
- Proficiency with a PCB design tool such as Altium Designer or Fusion/Eagle
- Understanding of schematic capture, layout fundamentals, and fabrication/assembly constraints
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay responsive to a small team
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional presence for in-person customer meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Based in or willing to be based in the greater Detroit metro area

Day to day
- Own PCB design work from schematic capture through fabrication-ready release for client and internal hardware programs
- Create layouts, select components and footprints, and manage BOMs while applying DFM and DFA best practices
- Support prototype bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and customer meetings by translating requirements into clear technical documentation
