Requirements
- 5+ years of technology transactions experience
- Current or recent law firm experience in high-volume technology transactions
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- JD from a U.S. accredited law school
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology agreements
- Substantive data privacy experience across GDPR CCPA CPRA and other state frameworks
- Extensive AI governance experience
- Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in fast-paced sales environments
- Ability to work remotely and travel to New York City

Day to day
- Handle data privacy programs and AI compliance while negotiating high-volume commercial technology agreements for sophisticated clients
- Work directly with sales procurement InfoSec engineering privacy business and legal stakeholders to move complex deals forward
- Draft review and negotiate MSAs SOWs SaaS agreements AI platform agreements API integrations DPAs BAAs and related vendor contracts
- Advise on privacy programs AI governance open source licensing and evolving regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
