Requirements
- Former CEO or COO in a SaaS recurring revenue technology company
- Private equity experience in capital raising deal transactions and operational leadership
- Bachelor's degree required MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
- Senior leadership experience in software or SaaS with cloud and recurring revenues
- Strong financial discipline and experience
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule with frequent travel
- Track record building relationships with bankers investors and other financial professionals
- Heavy mergers and acquisitions experience
- Works well in a small high-performance team
- Experience in sales or marketing

Day to day
- Lead major transactions across the capital structure including buyouts take privates add-ons and recapitalizations
- Drive hands-on value creation with portfolio companies through strategic planning operational improvements and leadership support
- Source investors evaluate opportunities present theses to the investment committee and negotiate deals from diligence through closing
