Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional audio industry experience
- Bachelor's Master's or Engineering degree preferred
- Extensive experience in sound system design deployment and operation in live events touring and rental environments
- Experience designing deploying and optimising L-Acoustics and third-party audio systems
- Experience supporting festivals tours corporate events broadcast and large-scale live productions
- Proven ability to lead deployment teams and guide engineers and technicians
- Experience with large-scale audio system deployment and rigging coordination
- Experience with electroacoustic measurement and system optimisation tools
- Strong understanding of networked audio systems and IP networking fundamentals including Milan-AVB Dante AES67 addressing switching and troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of Soundvision and Network Manager
- L-Acoustics System Engineer and System Technician certifications preferred
- Formal entertainment rigging training or certification advantageous
- Portfolio of relevant projects required
- Willingness to travel extensively 50-75%
- Professional proficiency in English additional languages advantageous

Day to day
- Support rental partners and production teams with system design deployment optimisation and troubleshooting across touring festivals corporate theatre and special events
- Provide advanced technical assistance on site and remotely including load-in load-out logistics truck pack optimisation and rental cabling strategies
- Deliver training workshops demonstrations and product showcases while acting as a trusted technical advisor and technical ambassador for partners and end users
