Requirements
- Experience in a mechanical or electrical service role
- A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Background in refrigeration and thermal systems
- Understanding of chillers including pumps and heat exchangers
- Experience working within an F-Gas regulated environment or willingness to obtain certification
- Full driving licence UK or international within 12 months
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

Day to day
- Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on process cooling equipment
- Diagnose and resolve faults with a focus on chiller performance and system reliability
- Install, commission, and start up new equipment while providing clear technical support to customers
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, F-Gas regulations, and safe working practices
