Who you are
- Shipped one or more games as a Producer or higher level
- Understanding of game development processes and product direction
- Strong analytical mind with excellent people and communication skills
- Experience managing large projects with Agile or hybrid project management principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Shotgun or similar project tracking software is essential
Desirables
- Avid gamer
- Passion for creating innovative and compelling new games
What the job involves
- Own key areas of delivery for the game through all phases of production
- Work with the Leads & Directors to understand the expectations for the quality and functionality of design, technical and content features
- Monitor progress within your teams, providing regular reporting on accomplishments, development status, issues and risks for your assigned areas
