Requirements

  • Working knowledge of US regulations including FDA 21 CFR CPSC 16 CFR EPA TSCA VI and DOE 10 CFR
  • Knowledge of product certifications such as NSF ETL and similar standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with effective escalation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to balance prioritize and manage tasks in a timely and effective manner
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word and PDFs
  • Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Legal residency in one of the specified US states
  • Reliable high-speed internet home router modem and dedicated home office space for remote work

Day to day

  • Review and interpret technical product documentation, test reports, and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance
  • Monitor emerging regulations and standards and recommend timely changes to maintain adherence across product lines
  • Lead regulatory risk assessments, complex audits, and internal process improvements while partnering with procurement, quality, legal, and business teams
