Requirements
- Working knowledge of US regulations including FDA 21 CFR CPSC 16 CFR EPA TSCA VI and DOE 10 CFR
- Knowledge of product certifications such as NSF ETL and similar standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to escalate issues and resolve conflicts
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to balance and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PDFs
- Reliable high-speed internet access and home office setup for remote work
- Legal resident of an approved US state for remote work

Day to day
- Review product documentation and technical submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor emerging regulations and standards and recommend updates to internal requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and support cross-functional teams on compliance verification and issue resolution
- Develop and improve company-wide compliance policies processes and workflows
- Mentor junior staff and serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
