Requirements
- Experience in UK housing industry, ideally housing technology / proptech
- Degree level education or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in software consulting, product consulting, product management or a related role
- Experience in an application support or application sales background in a B2B environment
- Understanding of software development processes and project methodologies
- Track record of managing successful client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Day to day
- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and customised solution proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential and existing clients alongside members of our Customer Success team and other business growth team members
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their business processes, requirements and pain points to provide expert advice on deploying our software solutions
