Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Data Analyst Product Analyst or Business Intelligence roles excluding internships
- SQL fluency including complex joins incremental computation window functions and query optimization
- Python for analysis including pandas and statistical libraries
- Experience with hypothesis testing sample sizing and experimentation analysis
- Track record of improving metrics through analysis and recommendations
- Ability to communicate direct uncomfortable findings to leaders

Day to day
- Own the metrics that matter across Product Growth Marketing and Finance
- Build and maintain dashboards and consistent metric definitions in Hex
- Investigate retention funnel and segment issues to identify root causes and recommend fixes
- Design and analyze A/B tests for product pricing onboarding and growth initiatives
- Partner with leaders to frame questions run analysis and deliver clear recommendations
