- 5 years in Data Analyst Product Analyst or BI roles excluding internships
- SQL fluency including complex joins incremental computation window functions and query optimization
- Python for analysis with pandas and statistical libraries
- Experimentation skills including hypothesis testing sample sizing and interpreting statistical significance
- Track record of improving metrics you own
- Ability to communicate uncomfortable findings directly to leaders

Day to day
- Own the core business metrics and dashboards used by Product Growth Marketing and Finance.
- Investigate retention drops funnel leaks and segment-level behavior to identify root causes and recommend fixes.
- Design analyze and communicate A/B test results for product pricing onboarding and growth experiments.
- Partner directly with leadership to frame ambiguous questions run analysis and deliver clear recommendations.
