Requirements
- Several years in a data science analytics or quantitative research role

Day to day
- Own the measurement framework for a product area and define key metrics that guide decisions.
- Design and analyse A/B tests using sound statistical methods to support confident experimentation.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and build scalable reporting that turns complex data into clear product recommendations.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ask the right questions and communicate actionable insights to non-technical audiences.
