Remote Product Design Engineer Job in Washington, IN Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering
• 5+ years in product design, development, and manufacturing
• Experience with power distribution equipment
• Familiarity with Change Management and PLM applications
• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo)
• Experience in discrete product manufacturing
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript or Python)
• Knowledge in database management and AWS
• Understanding of electrical product validation and certification
• Ability to justify technical decisions with complex business case analysis

Desirables

• Knowledge of data center designs
• Experience with switchgear and power units
• Comfortable with protection and control schematics tasks
