Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering
- 5+ years in product design, development, and manufacturing
- Experience with power distribution equipment
- Familiarity with Change Management and PLM applications
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo)
- Experience in discrete product manufacturing
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript or Python)
- Knowledge in database management and AWS
- Understanding of electrical product validation and certification
- Ability to justify technical decisions with complex business case analysis
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data center designs
- Experience with switchgear and power units
- Comfortable with protection and control schematics tasks
