Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience
• Experience using related software and packages (e.g., Photoshop/Adobe suite, Midjourney, Mental Ray, Substance Designer/Painter/Zbrush, SideFX Houdini, After Effects, Unity, Maya/Softimage)
• Excellence in creating visual representations of complex concepts
• Experience leveraging AI tool for image creation and part of creative process
• Ability to storyboard or otherwise story-tell and visualize a user’s experience in the workplace
• Experience going through design thinking process directly in collaboration with customers
