Who you are

• Lead complex product design initiatives from user insights to end-to-end experiences.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-disciplinary teams throughout design and development stages.

• Mentor designers and provide design guidance to developers ensuring alignment with original vision and goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with substantial experience in product or service design.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Photoshop Adobe suite and AI tools for creative process.
• Demonstrated excellence in creating visual representations of complex concepts.
• Experience in using design thinking process directly in collaboration with customers.

What the job involves

• Facilitate design thinking exercises with customers to find innovative AI solutions for their business.
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal Microsoft teams (Data Scientists Program Managers and Engineers) to deliver business value.
• Undertake design research to uncover unstated customer needs and define solutions.
• Ensure solutions are appealing relevant and responsible.
• Influence and shape customer's product vision with contextual understanding and principles.
