Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience in product or service design OR Master's Degree in related field AND 4+ years experience in product or service design OR equivalent experience.
• Experience using design thinking to solve problems.
• 6+ years experience using related software such as Photoshop, Midjourney, Substance Designer, and Unity.
• Proven excellence in creating visual representations of complex concepts.
• Ability to storyboard and visualize a user’s experience.
• Experience in design thinking directly with customers.

Desirables

• Excellence in leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with journey maps and personas.

• Working directly with a global customer base to innovate and tailor solutions to business needs.
• Collaborating with Microsoft Data Scientists, Program Managers, and Engineers to drive business value.
