Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience and 5+ years in product or service design
• Excellent visual representation of complex concepts and leveraging AI tools for image creation
• Ability to create wireframes journey maps user jobs scenarios task flows and personas
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and evaluate experiences
• Effective communicator with leadership and cross-disciplinary teams throughout design and development stages
• Proven ability to facilitate co-creative iterative approaches and manage ideation for complex interconnected products
• Ability to synthesize complex ideation solutions into concise articulations of user wants and subsequent solutions
• Experience with relevant software and packages such as Photoshop Adobe suite Midjourney After Effects and similar tools
