Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Relevant experience in tours and activities industry, especially in Product, Supply or Operations role
- Experience in Shorex is advantageous
- Fluent English language, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing new product initiatives
- Exceptional ability to work with multinational colleagues and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Strong creativity supported by research skills
- Tenacious self-starter skilled in anticipating and overcoming challenges

Day to day
- Act as the main coordinator with National Geographic Expeditions for offer co-creation and validation of experiences
- Maintain and track development implementation roadmap, reporting progress and blockers to stakeholders
- Work with Learning & Development to deliver training, onboard new destinations, and guide local teams
- Inspire local teams with National Geographic Society research and suggest specific experiences
- Validate proposed products to meet guidelines before submission to National Geographic Expeditions
