• Minimum of 2 years in Product Design with shipped software.
• Experience in monetization, pricing, billing, or growth design team advantageous.
• Experience with data, metrics, and OKRs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing typography, interaction, visual design, product sense.
• Collaborative experience in rapid growth environments.
• Experience with remote team communication patterns beneficial.
• Prototyping skills for exploring design solutions.

What the job involves

• You’ll collaborate with other designers to enhance the team.
• Work with Product and Engineering to advocate for the user voice.
• Shape monetization strategy with go-to-market teams and ensure user-centric implementation.
• Sketch and prototype ideas, focusing on design details.
• Conduct usability testing to refine design decisions.
• Contribute to vision, roadmapping, critique, sprint planning, and other channels.
• Enhance the Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System.
• Promote a culture of design excellence and innovation.
