Who you are

• 8+ years of industry experience designing software products
• Experience working in a technical environment
• Experience utilizing research and data to drive product strategy
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates user experience, interaction and visual design skills

Desirables

• Experience with virtual, augmented, mixed reality
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience prototyping 3D interactions using Unity
• Experience with hand or eye tracking
• Experience designing for developers and/or creators

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering and other partners
• Drive planning, strategy and vision on key priorities
• Own the end-to-end design across multiple products
• Present designs, prototypes and concepts to stakeholders
• Provide implementation guidance to engineers
• Ensure features launch at the highest quality
• Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
