What the job involves

• Designing customer experiences that empower customers to take control of their home energy and reduce their carbon footprint
• Collaborate with product managers to define the vision for new and existing product experiences across web and app touchpoints
• Contribute to the development of OVO’s design system by creating and refining UI patterns, components, and interaction paradigms
• Partner with UX Research to create research plans and test user experiences
• Utilise insights from user metrics to optimise design strategies
