Who you are

• Minimum of 2 years in a UX/UI design role
• Proven expertise in Service Design or Human-Centered Design
• Proficiency in design software like Figma or Sketch
• Experience with dynamic and low-fidelity prototyping tools
• Understanding of Customer Development
• Experience in Agile or Scrum framework
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Fluency in Ukrainian

What the job involves

• Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences
• Analyze customer journey maps to identify enhancement opportunities
• Partner with the Product Management team to align design activities
• Participate in internal meetings to ensure alignment on problem definitions
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm solutions aligning with product direction
• Develop wireframes and storyboards to articulate design solutions
• Craft prototypes to validate and visualize new product concepts
• Lead usability tests to assess prototype effectiveness and gather insights
• Execute all stages of the visual design process from concept to final hand-off
• Establish design guidelines and advocate for best practices within the organization
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess design success
