Who you are

  • Bachelor and or master degree ideally combination of engineering and commercial/sales
  • 2+ years of experience at the intersection of product and sales processes within Technology SaaS Startups/Scaleups
  • Extremely tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to sales
  • Proficient in CRM platforms preferably HubSpot
  • Proficiency in using product development tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and generative AI tools
  • Deep understanding and interest in software development, products, and SaaS business models
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborative spirit as a team player
  • Must be a resident of a European country and willing/able to work as a freelancer if not based in Switzerland
