Who you are

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and/or sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product and sales within Technology SaaS Startups or Scaleups
  • Highly tech-savvy and data-driven sales approach
  • Proficient in CRM platforms preferably HubSpot
  • Skilled with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, generative AI tools
  • Deep understanding of software development, SaaS business models, Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Must reside in a European country, willing to work as a freelancer if not based in Switzerland



What the job involves

  • Enhancing the sales team's performance by leveraging product knowledge for pharmaceutical, clinical, and healthcare clients
  • Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, including training sessions on product features and benefits
  • Creating segment-specific sales materials to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Refining consultative sales processes and addressing specific client pain points
  • Managing feedback loops between sales and product teams to inform development and strategies
