What the job involves
- Lead the engineering efforts in the design, development, and enhancement of semiconductor products
- Analyze and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield, reliability, and performance
- Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product specifications, design changes, and test results
- Work closely with design engineers, quality engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into production
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements
- Propose and develop new solutions and technologies to enhance product performance and maintain a competitive edge in the market
