  • Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicles
  • HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of the sales process and confident explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proud to be customer-focused and ensure outstanding service and solutions

What the job involves

  • Providing outstanding product support to UK and Ireland Renault Trucks sales staff customers and prospects
  • Developing propositions to meet customer requirements and exploring technical solutions
  • Developing and delivering excellent training materials
  • Occasionally providing technical support at company and industry events
  • Working closely with specialist bodybuilders to ensure Renault Trucks' positive reputation
