• High School Diploma/GED AND ten years experience leading technical teams
• Four years experience creating or overseeing creation of design control documents
• Ten years experience working in cross-functional teams

• Masters degree in business administration and/or scientific discipline
• Fifteen years experience in private, public, government or military
• Project management
• People management
• Written and oral communication

• Lead Product Engineering for Purification and Filtration Business
• Optimize Change Management Process and design controls for launched products
• Develop and deliver strategic and operational plans for Product Engineering
• Support Business Units and Laboratory Operating Committee
• Design and execute projects supporting Product Engineering, the Lab, and overall business
