Remote Product Finance & Strategy Lead, Payments Job in United States Stripe

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance ideally at a technology or financial services company
• Experience with Payments highly preferred
• People management experience
• Success in building high performing finance teams
• Experience working with Finance Data Product Managers
• Strong knowledge of GSuite Salesforce MS-Office and SQL
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and business acumen
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships
• Enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality
• Adept at navigating fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills

What the job involves

• Lead strategic and financial planning for Payments products including business reviews budgeting and forecasting. Define and deliver product strategies and answer key business questions including product prioritization GTM plans pricing features and partnerships. Develop and monitor success metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Provide analytical leadership to operational initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders. Build and develop a high caliber team of Finance & Strategy professionals.
