About The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our investments and engagements with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner ecosystem. You will manage product-level relationships and establish joint innovation roadmaps with our ISV partners, and collaborate on removing frictions from our joint customer journeys. You will cover the full software development lifecycle for integrations with our partners' services, as well as for any infrastructure components that help facilitate our customer’s interactions with our product and the partner products. You will also be the champion for our ISV partners within the PM organization.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, documentation, marketing, and our field, to inform the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, relative to our CSP partnersCollaborate with external partners, prospects and customers to gather feedback and insights to share with the team, enhance product-market fit, and strengthen Confluent’s value proposition

This position has an annual estimated salary of $133,700 - $157,050 USD , an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
