Who you are

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and / or SaaS industry
• Able to think strategically, analyse market trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
• Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to measure product success
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related)
• Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems
• Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
• Agile methodologies and project management experience

What the job involves

• Take ownership of the strategic development and ongoing success of our empower® Employee Relations Case Management solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and execute initiatives aligned with the needs of HR professionals and AdviserPlus's overall business objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of the Employee Relations landscape, including best practices, compliance requirements, and evolving trends
• Create and execute a compelling product roadmap
• Immerse in the challenges faced by HR teams, understanding pain points, workflows, and ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings, and gather ongoing customer feedback
• Work closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows
• Translate the product roadmap into a prioritised backlog
• Establish KPIs, monitor product performance, utilise analytics tools, and leverage data to inform product iterations and optimisation
• Serve as an internal and external champion of the empower product
• Line manage a small team of Product Owners / Business Analysts
