Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or related role in software/digital product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies with Scrum/Agile certification preferred.
• Strong experience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools necessary.
• Excellent English language communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the fitness and health & wellness industries preferred.
• Experience in start-up/early-stage companies is a plus.

What the job involves

• Write product requirements and manage the lifecycle of software solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and document specifications including PRDs/BRDs and user flow diagrams.
• Lead scrum teams through Agile methodologies guiding product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
• Utilize JIRA and other Atlassian tools to track project progress and make strategic prioritization decisions.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the fitness and wellness sectors.
