Who you are
Identify unmet or unknown customers’ needs and market opportunities for feature enhancement or development via quantitative and qualitative analyses
Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics
Partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to gather needed data and ensure telemetry is developed
Prioritize features or experiences in the roadmap to support achievement of success criteria and OKRs
Gather input on priorities and resources needed for a single feature
Iterate multiple designs with Design, Software, and Hardware Engineering
Facilitate reviews with customers to ensure usability and updated designs
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering for product release criteria, customer acquisition, and usage
Monitor progress and derive insights for productive courses of action
Build trust and leverage communication with customers for feedback and insights

Define product vision and strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market while identifying investment opportunities and driving the product roadmap
Build consensus on product strategy, define features, vision, and goals for a specific product or set of features
