Role


Who you are

  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Drive and track key results success criteria and performance metrics
  • Partner with Software Engineering and Hardware Engineering to develop telemetry and identify necessary data
  • Prioritize features or experiences in the roadmap to support achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Iterate designs with Design Software Engineering and Hardware Engineering and facilitate UX system designs and data design reviews
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Business Planning and Engineering for product release criteria customer acquisition and usage
  • Monitor report on progress and derive insights for product or feature development iteration and implementation
  • Build trust with customers and capture feedback throughout product development lifecycle
  • Completion of relevant training in coding academies or boot camp self-taught recent development projects or professional experience or degree from community college or university in computer science business management or related fields
  • Authorized to work in the United States for the entire Leap cohort duration without immigration sponsorship

Desirables

  • Understanding of business process planning developing launching and managing a product or service
  • Previous product or program management training

  • Define product vision and strategy by leveraging customer experience and competitive market analysis
  • Identify short-and long-term investment opportunities evaluate tradeoffs and drive product roadmap
  • Build consensus on product strategy define features vision and goals for specific products or features
  • Develop and execute strategies to enable in-product organic growth and central cross-functional leadership of a product
