What the job involves

  • Work closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations and Customer Success to gain understanding of customer and operational needs, and design features to solve them.
  • Use internal and external analysis to shape the strategic direction of the product roadmap and wider business.
  • Enable the launch of new features and products by developing appropriate planning, prioritisation, and delivery processes.
  • Conduct usability and beta testing to ensure our product meets customer needs and offers the best user experience.
  • Analyse product performance data to inform the product roadmap and take actions to improve or reposition products based on performance insights.
