- Possess over 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong sense for UX/UI design.
- Able to balance the needs of leadership designers and engineers ensuring product optimality.
- Proficient in using both quantitative data and qualitative insights for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high standards for quality and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in HR Tech or ATS systems is a significant advantage.

- Participate in ideation sessions and generate innovative feature ideas.

- Conduct demos to update stakeholders on project progress.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop product launch strategies.
