Who you are

• 3+ years product management experience or experience building and shipping great software including responsibilities driving prioritization trade-offs and timelines
• Proven track record of shipping products from design to deployment
• Confidence to dive into the technical details and challenge designs or solutions with Platform Engineers and Machine Learning stakeholders
• Comfort in solving complex systems problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work very well cross-functionally

Desirables

• Previous work in spam, anti-abuse, or trust & safety domain
• Previous work on platform or infrastructure teams
• Passionate about building solutions for internal customers
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical experience

What the job involves

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Safety Platform team
• Cultivate deep empathy with internal customers and develop strategies to scale our safety systems effectively throughout the organization
• Lead cross-functional execution to deliver incremental value with 8-10 Engineers, Design, Data Science, ML, Legal, Policy, and Operations
