Requirements

- Personal measurable track record of growing a developer product with owned channels and experiments
- Experience with databases and AI developer tools such as Cursor Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Ability to turn complex technical features into compelling stories developers want to read and share
- Fluency with AI developer tools in your own workflow
- Comfort working directly with founders and moving at their pace

Day to day
- Own product positioning and messaging for Xata’s launches and releases
- Create developer-focused campaigns across content SEO AI search social newsletters videos and communities
- Work closely with founders engineering designer and GTM Engineer to turn technical features into clear stories and launch assets
- Develop and test messaging for AI platforms engineering teams and modern developer workflows while measuring awareness signups and adoption
