Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing with demonstrated end-user impact
- Experience building, developing, implementing and refining go-to-market strategies for software products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including brand storytelling and creative copy development
- Superior quantitative and analytical abilities including forecasting and market sizing
- Passion for understanding customer needs and aligning the organization to address them, with a strong customer orientation and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, change priorities rapidly, and work through ambiguity effectively
- Experience in a startup environment that quickly delivers new features to market
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies is preferred

Day to day
- Develop GTM Strategy: Craft go-to-market strategies informed by quantitative and qualitative insights. Define the target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy, rooted in clear objectives and insights.
- Voice of the Customer: Strive to be the voice of the customer, asking the right questions and developing solutions that address their needs and pain points. Translate complex technical concepts into bite-sized value statements, producing high-quality customer-facing materials that effectively communicate our value.
- End-to-End Product Stewardship: Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle and narrative driving the market presence of our key products. Work closely with product, growth marketing, and design leads to deliver creative, impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns.
- Customer-Focused Communication: Thrive in understanding the customer, unlocking new qualitative and quantitative insights, and articulating product value and roadmap effectively. You have deep empathy for users and can adapt your communication to best reach and engage your audience—from physicians to nurse practitioners to medical students.
- Adaptable Collaborator: Work as a flexible member of a small marketing team, leaning into new and different projects, audience segments, and areas as needed. Promote fresh ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and pursue new strategies while advocating for change initiatives.
