• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
• Track record of authoring and presenting complex topics
• Ability to adapt to the Figma voice and simplify complex topics for wide audience

What the job involves

• Lead product launches and partner with the Product team focusing on results and experimenting with new channels
• Develop product messaging/positioning based on customers’ needs and set us apart from competitors
• Manage beta programs including customer outreach and promoting customer success stories
• Drive deeper engagement with educational content like blog posts, live streams, and more
• Launch multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning web, community, and social media
• Develop impactful enablement resources for the Sales team to position us better against competitors
